PROCESS

A few key things to creating the right space for you:

I) You need to find where the directions are in the space that you want to set it up in

II) Always start in the East and end in the centre

III) Always enter the wheel in the East when beginning

You can then set up the wheel in two ways;

I) Find where the directions are in the space that you want to set it up in

II) Stand in the East and call in the direction, element, totem, values associated with that direction. Then move to the North, West, South and Centre

III) Go into meditation and imagine yourself standing in the directions invoking as in option I

If you are in need of any the energy of any of the values, have challenges, questions or need guidance you can also go into meditation, set up the wheel and imagine yourself sitting in the direction that you are drawn too or feel most at home in i.e. if you need healing you can sit in the West and allow the energies of the earth mothers to heal and nurture you.
